Formed in 1999 to service the then AS400/i Series user, SAS has grown over the past 12 years as the i Series (Series i)has evolved to service a multiplicity of application and development environments.

From early days of providing specialist development tools, Project Management and RPG resource, SAS has moved into arenas which the mid-range user demands – including application re-engineering (providing browser based GUI front end for users from character based screens) and specialised .Net applications for iSeries users (e.g. a major ‘Punchout’ project) whilst still focusing on key development products and tools – Application Lifecycle Management, Managed File Transfers (MFT), Database Security (including Back-up encryption), PCI Compliancy, Secure File Transfer solutions – including SFTP, FTPS and Open PGP encryption, and securing environments to audit level requirements.

In keeping with the expanded use of servers, SAS have enhanced our capabilities to allow for the provision of most of these solutions, to include not only i Series but also Windows, Linux, Unix, HP AIX and Sun Solaris security solutions.

We strive to keep abreast of market needs and are keen to work with our customers to provide the most exacting solutions – and STILL provide project management and development resource for the i Series……….
